DRIVE – Design of Remote Impact Vehicles and Engineering
Middle schools in Yuma will be offering introductive automotive classes.
Students will learn basic automobile information using RC Cars. They will also visit relevant businesses in the community.
The robust DRIVE curriculum takes students through modules where they learn about careers in automotive, terminology in the industry, information on buying and maintaining their own cars, and collision repair. In addition to the curriculum, students have the opportunity to drive and race RC Cars.
